Caregiver: Weekends 2:30pm to 11pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to join our team for the 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM shift. This role is essential in providing support and supervision to individuals in our care, ensuring their safety, well-being, and active engagement in the community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and supervision of individuals during scheduled hours.

• Provide transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, personal shopping, and recreational activities.

• Assist individuals in maintaining a clean and organized living environment.

• Support individuals in making healthy meal choices and assist with meal preparation.

• Encourage independence and community involvement through positive support and guidance.

• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, appointments, and any incidents.

• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external providers.

Requirements:

• Current TB test

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification

• Cleared background check

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
