FirstLight Home Care is hiring A+ Caregivers to work with our seniors for a variety of shift times!

Flexible Shift Options: Shifts from 3-12 hours day and night!

Pay Rate: $15-$18 per hour + award incentives!

Location: We have clients all over Kansas City in both Missouri and Kansas!

Your Role: Provide non-medical in-home care for seniors, ensuring their comfort, safety, and joy. Duties range from daily living assistance, like personal care, medication reminders, companionship, errands, light housekeeping, and meal prep.

What we look for in a Great Caregiver:

At least 1 year of hands on, personal or professional caregiving experience.

Registered CNA or HHA a plus but not required!

Driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance

Successful passing of a federal, state and country criminal background check.

Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray, or willing to obtain one.

At least two Professional References.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

FirstLight hires Caregivers, Home Health Aides, CNAs, Care Coordinators, Companion Care and Personal Care Assistants who have a genuine desire to enrich the lives of others and help them have their best day, every day.
