Caregiver Benefits:

• Pay ranges between $14 and $16 per hour

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s or patient’s needs


• Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping


• Assisting the client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing

Caregiver Requirements:

• Current CPR certification


• Licensed driver with insured and reliable transportation


• Must be able to transport clients in a personal vehicle when necessary

Caregiver Skills:

• Cooking/Meal Prep


• Laundry


• Light Housekeeping


• Shower Assist/Bed Baths


• Hygiene Care


• Changing Adult Briefs


• Transferring Patients


• Changing an Occupied Bed


• Using a Gait Belt
