We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

Conduct daily client check-ins to monitor well-being

Provide errand and shopping assistance as needed

Manage laundry tasks to maintain client’s clothing and linens

Offer support with pet care and related responsibilities

Perform light housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment

Prepare meals and assist with cleanup to support proper nutrition

Accompany clients on social activities and outings to promote engagement and enhance their quality of life

Provide additional personalized assistance based on clients’ unique requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent required

A minimum of six months of experience in a home care setting is required

Ability to interpret the client’s provided plan of care

Dedicated to delivering compassionate and respectful support

Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills

Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance

Proof of current TB testing

Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position

Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable

Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state), fingerprinting and drug screening tests
