What You’ll Do

As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential daily support and companionship to seniors, including:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Helping with light housekeeping including laundry, dishes, and general tidying
• Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Offering companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
• Encouraging participation in daily routines and enjoyable activities
• Observing and reporting any changes in a client’s condition to ensure their safety and well-being

We’re looking for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Caring, patient, and professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within a 20-mile radius
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required — we welcome those with a passion for helping others
