CNA / Caregiver needed for clients located in Irving / Dallas.

Full time hours available, day and night shift.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE :

• Provide client care according to a approved Plan of Care

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

• Meal preparation & light housekeeping

• Provide transportation as required

• Assist in providing a safe environment for client

• Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :

• Have at least one year of hands on experience in a home health environment*

• Be available to work 30 hours / week minimum

• Be able to work 12 hour shifts

• Pass drug screen

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable car / auto insurance

• Clean background and criminal record

• PLEASE NOTE THE THE ABOVE ARE REQUIRED AND NOT NEGOTIABLE*

If selected provide the following :

• American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR

• Negative TB Results within last year
