We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm for applications and interviews. It would be great if you could come in and meet with us directly as soon as possible. (We are a fragrance free office - as are a majority of our clients. Please no perfumes or scents - Thanks!) 

All of our senior clients are located in the South Bay beach cities of Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo as well as the entire Palos Verdes Peninsula, Torrance, Lawndale, & Hawthorne. We hire locally so you may work locally.

We offer competitive, weekly, direct pay, paid overtime after 9 hours, paid Orientation and continuing training, paid sick leave, paid errand mileage and travel miles, bonus opportunities for referrals, quality of work, and consistency.  We provide, as well as our clients' provide, Personal Protective Equipment. We have a monthly newsletter and recognition and we have scrub tops, badges, and lanyards available (first ones are yours with Orientation!) We offer a Retirement plan because we care about your future. 

We pay your Workers' Comp insurance - you are not on your own. We are a W-2 company - you do not have to come up with money at tax time: it is already done. We offer training if you need & want it above and beyond what the State mandates. We offer it free of charge so you are able to reference classes in dementia and Alzheimer's disease. We want you to know about your clients. We offer 24/7 support via phone and text. You may speak with a live person anytime you have questions concerning your client. We have consistent scheduling, yet flexible regular hours (as much as we are able) and back-up shifts when the inevitable client cancellations may occur. 

We are 100% non-medical. We do NOT offer live-in shifts. Our overnight shifts work 12 hours: 9 standard & 3 overtime hours.

You must be eligible to work in the US - verifiable via a Social Security card.

We require that you are registered with the State of California as a Home Care Aide.  

We require a COVID-19 vaccination card as proof of at least one vaccination.

You should have reliable transportation to and from the job. We try to schedule brief commute times between your home and the client's. 

We do need a certain amount of availability & flexibility - our night shifts do NOT sleep. The more availability  & flexibility you offer us, the more work we are able to offer you - and we have work - lots and lots of work!

Our hiring time & process is very quick and really easy. We are capable of scheduling several Orientations a week so the time between application to interview for Orientation could be less than 48 hours!  Current starting pay is $18.00 to $25.00 per hour and negotiable depending upon availability, talents, & experience.
