Case Manager

EA Family Services is seeking a part-time Case Manager for our Transitional Housing Plus Foster Care (THP+FC) program for young adults ages 18-21 in our Eureka office. BA/BS degree in social work or related field required. Two years of experience is preferred. EA is seeking a team player who is highly motivated and passionate about working with young adults. Excellent communication skills are a must. DOJ/FBI/CAIC clearances are required. The hourly rate is $23.00. OCA# 125090044 EOE
