Cashier & Server || Brew Bird

Brew Bird is a funky little tow-truck shop turned into a funky fried chicken joint. We are all about awesome food (with a special focus on gluten-free food and other dietary needs), awesome drinks & amazing guest service to match! We are a counter service restaurant with a full service experience - we are happy to meet our guests' needs in any way and we strive to go above and beyond! 

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to take care of them


• Help answer allergen questions, especially those pertaining to gluten/dairy


• Know regulars by name; know their preferences and needs


• Keep it clean during your shift—your language and the restaurant! Make it a place where you would like to eat.


• Communicate regularly with your guests & tables and anticipate their needs


• Keep the good times rolling by clearing tables, and going above and beyond guest expectations


• Be available to fill in as needed and as able to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
