Wingstop Canyon is looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy working with people and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. This position involves taking accurate orders, processing payments, handing out food, maintaining a clean dining area, and assisting the team during busy periods.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests promptly with a friendly, positive attitude
• Take dine-in, takeout, and phone orders accurately
• Process cash and card payments using the POS system
• Answer menu questions and offer helpful recommendations
• Hand completed orders to guests and confirm they have everything they need
• Thank guests and provide a friendly farewell as they leave
• Keep the front counter, lobby, dining room, and restrooms clean
• Restock front-of-house supplies as needed
• Occasionally assist with bagging orders and preparing fries
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and other team members
• Follow all company standards for hospitality, food safety, cleanliness, and cash handling
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
• Able to stay organized and positive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to complete cleaning duties, including lobby and restroom upkeep
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant duties
• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
• Evening and weekend availability may be required
Training is provided. We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to give every guest excellent service.
