Cashier/Customer Service Representitive

Advantage Acura of Naperville is seeking a part time cashier to join our busy team!  This is a perfect entry level position for someone looking for 21-25 hours per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays 12pm - 8pm, rotating Fridays(12pm-7pm) and Saturdays (7:45am - 6pm).

The Cashier is responsible for receiving payment for products or services sold by the dealership and plays a key role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction for the business transaction.  The individual is responsible for ensuring high quality customer service to make sure all the customer's questions and concerns are addressed.  The duties also include utilizing the dealership cash drawer and daily reconciliation, answering phones and directing calls as necessary, office filing and scanning.  The individual in this role will possess a calm demeanor, demonstrate the ability to remain organized and demonstrate excellent time management to ensure that all assigned tasks are completed daily.
