Receptionist for Kline Nissan and Kline Volvo

Schedule: M 4-8pm, T 2-8pm, W 2-8pm, TH 4–8pm and two to three Saturdays per month from 7:30am – 6pm

At Kline Auto World we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional automotive services and customer experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented, part-time, automotive cashier to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle cash, credit card, and check payments, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and privacy regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Scanning repair orders and parts invoices into CDK.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and credit transactions.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with automotive services is a plus but not required.
