Job Skills/Requirements:
The cashier position is vital to our business. Cashiers play a part in almost every transaction. Whether it’s taking the order over the phone, in person, or taking care of a pick-up/dine-in order, Cashiers have a lot of responsibilities. Brenz is here to help you succeed, but before you join our team there are a few basic requirements for the Cashier position.
Personality: Since you will be the “face” of our company to the customer, we need people who will be upbeat, polite, organized, and team-oriented. It is essential that our cashiers strive to make our customers' experiences exceptional.
Responsibilities: Giving our customers a positive first impression is vital for our business. Our cashiers not only need to interact with customers, help them order, and give them their food, but our cashiers are also are responsible for keeping the front of the house clean and organized.
Education: All of our cashiers must be able to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers. Basic math skills are required for this job. Also, the ability to use computers and learn how to navigate our POS system is important.
Other: All of our cashiers must be at least 18 years old.

In 2008, Our Culinary Team set out to create a style of pizza that blends what we loved most about the pizza in our respective hometowns, with influence from regional pizza styles of New York, Connecticut, and Columbus, Ohio. Our team worked tirelessly to develop the foundation of our business, the Signature Brenz Dough. Our Concept began as a single operation under the name Enzo's Pizza Co., located in Durham, NC, right outside Duke University.
Enzo's quickly got the attention of the community—voted best pizza by Duke six times. Duke students and faculty, as well as families in the Durham community, choose Enzo's as their favorite pizza.
In 2015, we committed to expand our concept under a new name, Brenz Pizza Co., with locations in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Ohio. During this time, our culinary team developed multiple award-winning pizzas which took top prizes in national pizza competitions. In 2017, Brenz proudly represented the U.S. Pizza Team at the World Pizza Championship in Parma, Italy.
