Job Description - Catholic Youth Director


Location: McGuire AFB, NJ
Position: Part-time (24 hours per week)

Duties:
  • Provide and direct a youth program.
  • Assess needs for the Catholic youth program with the Catholic Chaplain.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer staff.
  • Organize and lead various youth activities, retreats, mission trips, social events, and worship services.
  • Participate in Catholic community activities, including weekend worship services.
  • Maintain records, develop an annual calendar, and manage program budgets.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in youth ministry or a related field.
  • Proof of education, including two years of college with relevant training or experience in Youth Ministry, Biblical Studies, or Education.
  • Basic and Advanced Catechist Certification.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for youth ministry with supporting references.
