Position Overview

Strange Trip Inc. is hiring CDL Class A drivers to support our growing FedEx Ground operation out of East Brunswick, NJ.

Our greatest need is for drivers who can work full time during the November–December peak season, but we are also open to part-time drivers or candidates with flexible availability. Opportunities may also be available to continue working part time after peak season.

We are a family-owned, safety-focused carrier based in New Jersey and take pride in treating our drivers with respect, fairness, and honesty.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license


• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience


• Clean MVR and ability to pass required background checks


• Strong work ethic and punctuality


• Commitment to safety, customer service, and equipment cleanliness


• Must perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections


• Evening/night availability is preferred, especially for ongoing work after peak season

Runs

• Home daily – return home after every shift


• Routes to various locations throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania


• Day and evening runs available during peak season


• Evening runs are expected to remain available after peak season


• Full-time schedules available during November and December


• Part-time and flexible schedules may be available based on operational needs

Compensation

• Competitive trip-based pay
