Job Description - Certified Caregiver {PCA, NA, CNA}

Caremed Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team of Personal Care Aides (PCA/NA/CNA) serving the Chesterfield County, Petersburg, and Colonial Heights areas. As a key member of our care team, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility support, medication reminders, and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning

Provide timely medication reminders

Plan and prepare nutritious meals

Perform light housekeeping duties

Observe and report any changes in client condition to the RN Supervisor

Qualifications:

Active certification in Virginia as a PCA, NA, or CNA

Compassionate communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Physical ability to assist with mobility and physical care tasks

Reliable transportation to client homes
