Job Responsibilities:

  Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

  Assist with mobility and light exercises

  Light housekeeping and meal preparation

  
  


• 
  

  Medication reminders

  
  


• 
  

  Offer companionship and emotional support

  
  


• 
  

  Follow the care plan and report any changes to the supervising nurse

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Valid NJ CHHA license

  
  


• Must have reliable transportation


• 
  

  Able to travel throughout Camden and Gloucester Counties

   Must pass all necessary background checks
