• Requirements:


• 18 years of age or older


• Copy of high school diploma or GED


• Physical exam, documentation of immunizations, 2-step PPD, hepatitis B series

Course Cost:
Total $400 for complete online course

Additional costs: 

Blood Pressure/Stethoscope kit $25 

$50-$80 certification application fee from the NJ State Board of Nursing 
$50 textbook (Optional)
$15 passport photo from a pharmacy or photo center
