Certified Med Tech (CMT) Part Time Evening

The Lutheran Home is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Med Tech (CMT) to join our team for a part-time evening shift.  In this role, you will provide medication administration and support through the evening hours ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. As part of our team of dedicated healthcare professionals, you will help us uphold our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship. This is a great part-time position with consistent evening hours, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse.
• Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction.
• Assist residents with ADL care as needed.
• Answer call lights and take appropriate action.
• Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures.
• Review resident’s care plans and performs nursing care as outlined.

This is a part-time position typically working the hours of 7:00pm – 11:00pm.

License/Certification: 
Current Missouri CMT certification 
Current Missouri CNA certification
