We’re seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our supportive team. While we have openings across all shifts, our highest need is for Overnight (NOC) and Weekend caregivers. To recognize this commitment, we proudly offer an additional $1.50/hour weekend pay incentive.

Available Shifts: (priority listed first):

• NOC (Overnight): 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM, 7 days/week

• Weekend Day: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Weekend Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Weekday Evening: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. CNAs play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning

• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health, behavior, or condition to supervisors or nursing staff

• Take and record vital signs as directed

• Support meal preparation, feeding, and hydration

• Perform light housekeeping and ensure a clean, safe environment

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Current and valid CNA certification preferred

• Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality

• Ability to assist with physical mobility and light lifting as needed

• Must pass background check and provide references
