Job Description - Certified Nursing Assistant

Hospice Aide (CNA) – Full-Time & PRN

Location: Arlington, TX + Surrounding Service Area

Care with Compassion. Show Up with Consistency.

At Hospice Care Partners, the difference between average care and exceptional care often comes down to one person—the hospice aide.

You are the one patients and families see most often.
You are the one who builds trust, provides comfort, and creates a sense of dignity in everyday moments.

We are building a team of hospice aides who:

  • Show up consistently and on time

  • Communicate clearly with nurses and families

  • Take pride in delivering care that patients can feel

If you are looking for a role where you simply complete tasks and move on, this is not the right fit.

If you take pride in being dependable, compassionate, and present—we want to meet you.

Who You Are
