What You'll Do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care that supports resident dignity and independence
• Build meaningful relationships and offer emotional support and companionship
• Assist with daily living activities while monitoring resident well-being
• Encourage social engagement and help create a warm, vibrant community

What You'll Need: 

• An active CNA certification is required
• New CNA? If you already have your CNA and Grand Meadow is your first employer, we may reimburse your certification costs — ask us about this during your interview!
