Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Buckhead to join our team. In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include monitoring vital signs and assisting with hygiene needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their patients.
Schedule: Sunday -Saturday 5pm-9pm 7days a week
Pay rate: $20.00 weekly pay
Responsibilities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s physical or mental condition.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, changing linens, and maintaining a clean living environment
• Encourage participation in activities.
• Provide reassurance and emotional support. Follow the care plan developed by nurses and care managers.
• Ensure a safe home environment, minimizing fall risks and hazards.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
• Follow infection control and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- FIRST AID and CPR - -certified (NO ONLINE CERTIFICATION)
- Current TB Skin test or CXR
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current Auto Insurance
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
- Ability to independently lift at least 50 lbs
