Part-time position available in our busy Fitness Center for an outgoing, knowledgeable fitness enthusiast. Must have a solid knowledge base in safe equipment usage; exercise design and fitness assessments. 

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on fitness goals, health status, and fitness level

- Conduct fitness assessments and track clients' progress

- Provide guidance and support to clients on proper exercise techniques

- Offer continuous motivation and support to clients  

- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment

- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research

Requirements

- Certified Personal Trainer with a nationally recognized certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM, AFFA)

- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field a plus

- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer preferred

- Strong knowledge base of exercise physiology/anatomy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

- Available to work early morning shifts on Thursdays and Sundays, with with opportunity for additional hours
