Hours:
Rehearsals take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5 - 8pm from August 25 to November 5, 2025, with a production meeting occurring once per week on Wednesday or Thursday evenings for 30-60 minutes prior to rehearsal.
Auditions will be held in the evening on August 18 and August 20 from 4-8pm
Callbacks are on August 22 the time is dependant on needs with a general schedule of 4-8pm
Tech week is November 10-12 from 4-9pm
Performances will be Thursday, November 13 through Sunday, November 16 with show times at 7pm on November 13 & 14, 1pm and 5pm on November 15 & 16.
JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction and supervision of the Manager of Cultural Arts and Stage Manager, the Crew Member is responsible for supporting various aspects of theatre productions. Key responsibilities include leading line and song run-throughs during rehearsal downtime, checking participants in and out, assisting with costume piece creation, and maintaining a clean and organized theatre space. The Crew Member will also provide general support to the Director and Stage Manager to help ensure rehearsals and performances run smoothly.
This position is essential in fostering a positive and encouraging environment for all participants. The ideal candidate is reliable, enthusiastic, and comfortable working with children of varying ages, experience levels, and abilities in a supportive and collaborative setting. In addition, the Crew Member will assist theatre staff with coordinating tech rehearsals and performances. Other duties may be assigned. This is an at-will position.
