Summary
Responsible for providing on-time, professional and courteous service to each and every client, while striving to maintain and add to the company's clientele.
Responsibilities
- Prepare appropriately for the clientele and destination you are driving
- Pre-trip inspection of vehicle
- Stock vehicle with all requested items for your clients, in addition to the basic
vehicle stock
- Drive clients as directed using caution and good judgment to ensure the safety
of your passengers, yourself, and the company’s vehicle
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle before, during, and
after each run
- Always be in good spirits, professional, courteous, with a “no problem” attitude to all clients in every situation
- Communicate clearly with dispatch at all times, with your location, destination,
and any situation they should be aware of (ex. traffic, changes, etc.)
- Always arrive at your pick-up location 10 minutes prior to client scheduled pick-up time
- Be a good listener. Hear what your clients are saying and meet those requests at all times
- Hand out business cards, promotional materials, and brochures throughout your run
Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass airport TSA security/background checks
- Ability to provide premier client service
- Previous chauffeur experience is a plus, but not required. Willing to train candidates with a great attitude!
- Familiarity with Bluffton, Hilton Head, Savannah, and surrounding areas (desired, but not required)
- Willing to work overtime, holidays, early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as requested by Management Team, emphasis on early morning
- **MUST be available weekends and particularly looking for nighttime availability
