Child Care Attendant

Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, our team is in search of part-time Child Care Attendants for our Fitness Center! Flexible shifts are available including weekdays or weekends, days or evenings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help to maintain a safe, fun, and interactive center that is clean and organized
• Supervise and participate in activities with children
• Demonstrate good judgment, alertness, and self-control in the presence of children and when performing assigned responsibilities
• Relate to children with patience, acceptance, and respect
• Monitor check in/out procedures and have an accurate headcount of children at all times
• Contact parent/guardian, if necessary, to assist with discipline issues and attend to personal needs of children such as feeding and diaper changes, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous experience working with children a plus, but not required
• Patience, positivity, and must enjoy working with children!
