About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Team Lead to join our team at Burn Boot Camp MetroWest in Framingham, MA. As the Child Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children of our members while their parents participate in our fitness programs.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with children in the child care area

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities

Maintain a clean and organized child care space

Manage monthly scheduling for childcare team

Interview and hire childcare team as needed

Train all new and current childcare employees as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in child care or early childhood education

CPR and First Aid certification

Positive and nurturing demeanor

Ability to multitask and prioritize the safety of the children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
