Child Watch Associate (Part-Time)

Do you enjoy working with children? Are you available Mondays-Sundays 8:00am and 12:00pm and/or Monday and Friday night 4:00pm-8:00pm?

The Tri-Community Family Branch of the YMCA of Central Massachusetts is looking for caring and dependable Child Watch Staff who possess initiative, strong communications skills and human relation skills for interaction with members, youth and parents.

The successful candidate is responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for Y children and their families, able to reflect and display the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Requirements: 

The CW staff is required to provide care and interact with children and youth in a positive manner, Must be at least 16 years of age, CPR/AED certified for child and infant, and be thoroughly familiar with the program guidelines and procedures. 

**Prefer applicants with experience in working with children aged 3 months- 12 years old

Schedule: Tell us your availability! 

Currently looking for caring fun and compassionate individuals who are available for any or all of the following shifts:  

• Monday -. Friday mornings 8:30 am to 11:30 am
• Monday - Thursday evenings from 4:30pm-7:30pm

Pay: $15.00 Access to facilities to all YMCA employees, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Leave
