About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and responsible individual to join our team as a Childcare provider at Burn Boot Camp Newton in Newton, MA. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a supportive and energetic fitness community while providing care for our members' children.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with children while their parents participate in fitness classes

Create a safe and fun environment for children of various ages

Coordinate and lead age-appropriate activities and games

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's well-being

Requirements:

Prior experience working with children in a childcare setting

CPR and First Aid certification

Patient, nurturing, and responsible demeanor

Ability to multitask and prioritize children's needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
