Childcare

SUMMARY:

Childcare employees are to partner with the COTR Kids team and parents in helping kids discover and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ by providing care to babies and kids during weekly events.

QUALIFICATIONS, KEY ATTRIBUTES, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 

• Aligns with COTR Serve Team Handbook, Employee Handbook, policies, procedures, & values. 


• Teachability, Integrity, Initiative, Productivity, Coherency, Humility, Compatibility, Optimism & Resilience. 


• Must be 14 years of age or older. 


• Completed Ascent & Reducing the Risk class. 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Team/leadership skills.


• Communication skills- Childcare team members need good communication skills to provide direction or information effectively and good listening skills to understand and follow Childcare Director instructions and parents' instructions. 


• Decision-making skills.


• Patience, compassion, and empathy.


• Physical stamina.


• Creative Thinking.
