Childcare AM/PM Coordinator

Position Purpose:  

Champion the Childcare ministry at Stonegate Fellowship by supporting childcare staff to ensure we are providing the best systems and processes for a welcoming experience.     

Role Basics | Responsibilities and Expectations:

Duties in this position include but are not limited to-

• Opening/closing of day responsibilities


• Greet families with a welcoming smile as they arrive 


• Check families in ensuring proper tags are obtained 


• Track number of kids in room to ensure proper ratios


• Handle room calls from teachers


• Participate/lead in chapel program through dance, tech and lights and story time


• Sanitize and replenish supplies for buggy’s after use


• Maintain laundry
  


• Stock lounges, refrigerators and classrooms


• Purchase supplies needed for restocking purposes 


• Responsible for executing policies and procedures


• Assist the Curriculum Coordinator with special events

Competencies and Skills:

• Superior organizational skills


• 2 years(+) experience in coordinating teams of people 


• Good problem solver


• Flexible hours to include weekends, evenings and special events


• Self-motivated, driven and able to prioritize.


• Excellent verbal communication skills


• Being able to stay calm under emergency situations


• Having knowledge of first aid and CPR

Time Requirement:

• The expected time spent per week will total 25-29 hours. 


• Special events may include weekends
