Childcare Swim Instructor

Cornerstone School Allen is a licensed childcare center seeking certified Swim Instructors to support our program for swim lessons. 

To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require an American Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED. A plus if you have previous experience working with children! This is a part-time position. Fridays are mandatory but the schedule will be based on swim lessons scheduled for students. This position will be 20 hours weekly and will be flexible. 

Required Shift: Friday; 9:00 am – 12:00 pm  

Compensation: $20-22/hour, based on experience

2. Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes) 
3. On-site interview with Center Director (30-60 minutes)
