POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about creating a safe, fun space for kids to grow and thrive? Join our team as the Child Watch Lead and play a key role in supporting families in our community. Under the direction of the Family Engagement Association Director, you’ll lead a team of caring staff, manage schedules, and ensure safe staff-to-child ratios while overseeing the daily operations of our Child Watch program. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who loves working with children, thrives in a team environment, and is ready to make a positive impact every day. Evening and weekend shifts are part of the fun, giving you flexibility and the opportunity to serve families when they need us most.
