Our Maintenance Technicians: 

• Communicate with team members and vendors, update property data and work orders, and support maintenance requirements and company operations.


• Conduct routine inspection of the grounds, buildings and major equipment, repairing deficiencies as required
  


• Make units rent ready in accordance with company policy:  painting, cleaning and repairs as needed


• Ensure work orders are performed timely, accurately and professionally per company policies


• Establish and maintain vendor relationships ensuring effective communication and timely scheduling, ordering proper supplies, and that vendors arrive on-site, are escorted, and complete their work in a timely and professional manner


• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

What you need to succeed:

• Three years of prior apartment maintenance experience & building systems or trade school equivalent including familiarity with electricity, plumbing, carpentry and painting.


• Flexibility with schedule, to be available for “on-call” for after hours emergencies.


• Must have current drivers license and own transportation for other site visits as necessary.


• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams).
  

Physical Requirements Include:

• Ability to work in different physical positions to complete tasks, while providing a variety of physically demanding maintenance-related tasks inside and outside the building


• Must have good manual dexterity and the ability to work with tools and equipment


• May need to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
