Clean Team (Overnight Deep Clean)

About MNTSTUDIO:
MNTSTUDIO is a serene and welcoming space designed for members to recharge through Pilates classes, coworking, sauna experiences, and community events. Position Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Clean Team Members to support overnight deep cleaning of our studio. This role is essential in providing a full reset of the space while the studio is closed, ensuring every area is refreshed, sanitized, and ready for the next day.

Shifts are approximately 3-4 hours, 5 days per week, with flexible scheduling based on studio needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  Perform a full deep clean of the entire studio during closed hours

  
  


• 
  

  Sweep and mop all floors across studios, coworking space, lobby, locker rooms, and restrooms

  
  


• 
  

  Clean and sanitize reformers, mats, and all studio equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Thoroughly clean restrooms and shower stalls

  
  


• 
  

  Wipe down and sanitize the interior and exterior of lockers

  
  


• 
  

  Clean all mirrors, glass doors, and windows

  
  


• 
  

  Vacuum rugs and soft surfaces

  
  


• 
  

  Dust and remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and hard-to-reach areas

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all spaces are reset to MNT’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation

  
  


• 
  

  Replenish supplies as needed (paper goods, soap, towels, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  Run laundry and prepare for a full-day of use

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and pride in deep cleaning

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and efficiently

  Reliable and consistent with strong time management

  Comfortable working during off-hours / overnight

  
  


• 
  

  Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required

Schedule & Compensation:

  Approximately 3-4 hour shifts

  Flexible days and start times (completed while the studio is closed in the evenings). Starting around 8pm.
