Sun Realty’s Housekeeping Department is now hiring seasonal Cleaners and Inspectors across multiple locations, including Avon, Salvo, Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk, Duck, and Corolla.

· Earn up to $350+ per turnover day as a Cleaner with additional pay for seasonal deep cleans.

· Inspectors earn $19.00 per hour.

• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Strong attendance, punctuality & attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
