Cleaner/Sanitizer

True Harmony Company is looking for a helpful and thorough part-time Cleaner/Sanitizer to join our team in Ely, Nevada. 

About the Role
The Cleaner/Sanitizer is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized environment within our Dutch greenhouse and associated facility areas to support plant health and operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with sanitation protocols critical to producing high-quality cannabis. This position works Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with 8–10 hour shifts per day.

Core Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Perform daily and routine cleaning of greenhouse floors, walls, tables and surfaces 
• Clean and disinfect tools, tables, equipment, and workstations as directed 
• Sweep, mop, and remove plant waste and debris in compliance with state regulations 
• Sanitize high-touch and high-traffic areas to reduce contamination risk 
• Follow strict sanitation and biosecurity procedures to prevent the spread of pests, mold, and disease 
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any inventory shortages or facility maintenance needs 
• Assist with general janitorial duties in common and staff areas as assigned 
• Work closely with cultivation and compliance teams to maintain facility cleanliness standards 
• Properly dispose of waste, following company protocols for organic and cannabis waste 

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older 
• Must pass a background check to obtain a state-issued agent card 
• Must have reliable transportation to be able get to and from the farm 
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
• Previous janitorial or sanitation experience, especially in a greenhouse, laboratory, or production facility, is a plus

Location & Hours: 

• Onsite at greenhouse facility
• 7 am - 330 pm  - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Flexibility is required for occasional extended hours during peak grow cycles

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs 
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods 
• Work is performed in a warm, humid greenhouse environment and may involve exposure to cleaning agents and plant materials 
• PPE (gloves, masks, etc.) must be worn as required
