Cleaning and Sanitation Associate
Part Time
At Dorothy Lane Market, our Bakehouse facility works round the clock preparing all of the delightful desserts, pastry, and artisan breads sold fresh in our stores. We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our bakery production team as a part-time Cleaning and Sanitation Associate. Shifts are 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday through Friday, but may require some flexibility around the holidays.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and surface cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness standards of restrooms, breakroom, and lobby area.
- Assist with organizing supplies and restocking as needed.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, baking tools, trays, and utensils.
- Communicate and collaborate to work as a team
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice and Food Safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
- A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
- A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
- Effective communication skills.
- 18 years or older.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Must have holiday and weekend availability.
