About the Role

This role will be a hybrid role primarily acting as a Cleaning Associate, but taking on Guest Experience Host responsibilities as necessary for the guest’s customer service experience while at our Outdoorsy Bayfield park. The Cleaning Associate will play a key role in creating a pristine first impression to all guests that enter any and all interior spaces through routine cleaning and maintenance. After a long day of adventuring in nature, our guests deserve relaxation in thoroughly cleaned and nurtured spaces. As a Guest Experience Host, you are the first friendly face the guests will see on the property, it is the Guest Experience Host’s goal to deliver an extraordinary check-in, check-out, and scheduling experience. This role asks for an upbeat and empathetic person that is excited to work with people and has a love for the outdoors. The goal of this role is to ensure brand standards of excellence, answer inquiries and make the guest’s administrative journey as seamless as possible.

*This role is part time and will be expected to work anywhere from 20-30 hours a week*

Qualifications

Required:

• Cleaning glamp tents
• Laundry a couple days per week (off site)
• Cleaning bathrooms and laundry daily
• Maintaining cleanliness and order of linen closet and cleaning supplies
• Checking folks in/out
• Answering phone calls
• Making reservations
• Cleaning and restocking camp store
• Reservation software experience preferred
• Personable and outgoing
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred:

• Campground or park cleaning experience
• New build/opening team experience
• Passion for the outdoors

The expected pay range for this role is $16.50 - $18.00/hr

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with potentially applicable laws. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and bonus dependent upon position.
