Cleaning Team Member (Clermont, FL)

Position: Cleaning Team Member
Location: Clermont, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Evening Shifts 6pm-10:30pm

Overview:
Exclusive Cleaning Services is a family-owned janitorial company proudly serving Central Florida. We’re looking for a dependable and hard-working Cleaning Team Member to join our team in Clermont. This role is hands-on and active—perfect for someone who takes pride in creating clean, safe environments and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal


• Maintain restrooms, common areas, and offices according to set standards


• Use cleaning tools and products safely and properly


• Communicate with team leads and supervisors as needed


• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards immediately


• Provide a courteous and respectful presence when interacting with building occupants

Physical Requirements:

• Use hands and fingers to grip, hold, and operate tools and equipment


• Able to bend, walk, stand, and reach for extended periods during shift

Mental Requirements:

• Able to read and understand basic English for safety instructions, labels, and signage


• Must be able to interact with clients and team members in conversational English (fluency not required)


• Able to stay alert and respond quickly in case of emergencies or safety issues

Environmental Conditions:

• Approximately 50% of the work will be performed inside climate-controlled buildings


• The other 50% will take place outside, which includes exposure to Central Florida’s weather—heat, humidity, and other outdoor conditions

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required


• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic


• Background check required
