Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
Cleaning Technician at Image One Facility Solutions is a part-time, hourly position in DFW, Texas providing janitorial and routine maintenance services to facilities located throughout the region. The hourly rate for this position is $17 - $18.55 per hour, with bi-weekly pay. This is an individual contributor role in the Franchise industry.

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly rate of $17 - $18.55 per hour (commensurate with experience).

Responsibilities
• Cleaning and performing light janitorial duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors.
• Stocking restrooms with adequate supplies.
• Monitoring and stocking up on cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Washing windows and walls.
• Responsible for adhering to all safety and security regulations.
• Completing all assigned duties in a timely manner
• Ensure discards are disposed of properly.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in cleaning or janitorial services.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
