We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Technician for this part-time position. 

Cleaning Technician

As a Cleaning Technician, you are responsible for cleaning a designated building or facility area, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and restroom maintenance. You will work with a team of experts in the line of work. 

Vacuum Operator

Vacuum Operators are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the floors in the assigned section. A Vacuum Operators may be responsible for any or all of the following tasks:

Waste Management

Waste managers are responsible for removing all trash from the assigned sections. Waste managers may be responsible for any or all of the following tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Work Experience: 1-3 years
• Ability to pass a Drug Test
• Ability to pass a routine background check
• Has a strong attention to detail
• Has the capacity to take direction
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Willingness to work late night shifts
• High school diploma/GED required

Physical Requirements

• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
• Physically capable of standing on your feet for up to eight (8) hours
• Physically capable of kneeling down
• Physically capable of lifting arms overhead
• Physically capable to carry a backpack vacuum weighing up to 10 pounds
• Physically capable of pushing an upright vacuum
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
