Now Hiring: Clemson-Based Bartenders

We’re looking for outgoing, reliable, and professional bartenders to join our event-based team in Clemson, SC for the busy fall season.

This is a part-time, flexible position—ideal for professionals with day jobs, students, or anyone looking to earn extra cash on evenings and weekends.

Fall Season Availability – Mandatory Requirement

To be considered, you must be available to work at least 5 of the following dates

• Saturday, August 30

• Saturday, September 6

• Saturday, September 20

• Saturday, October 18

• Saturday, November 1

• Saturday, November 8

• Saturday, November 22

These are our biggest events of the year. Full team participation is key to success.

What You'll Do

• Serve beer, wine, and cocktails with speed and professionalism

• Prepare drinks according to recipes (cocktail training provided)

• Check IDs and monitor alcohol consumption

• Provide excellent customer service with a great attitude

• Set up and break down bar areas, clean, restock, and help load/unload

• Occasionally assist with banquet tasks (barbacking, bussing, greeting)

• Ensure safety and compliance with all alcohol service laws

• Communicate with team members and report any incidents

• Orientation will be held our Greenville office just outside of downtown.

• Choose your shifts via our scheduling app

• Meet on site at Clemson shifts are 3-5 hrs

• Have the availabilty to work events in Greenville (not mandatory) 6-9 hr shifts.

• Must work 6 shifts per quarter

• Most shifts are on Saturdays

• Huge plus if you have weekday availbility for picking up more shifts.

• Events are held in Greenville, Clemson, and surrounding areas

• Uniform provided: Just bring black dress pants and shoes

• Opportunities for advancement to leadership or full-time roles

Who We’re Looking For

• 24+ years old

• Previous bartending or food service experience is a plus

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Able to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• A team player who can work in fast-paced environments

• Punctual, reliable, and drama-free

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 24+ years of age

• Weekend availability is required (most shifts are on Saturdays)

• Huge plus if avaiablie to pick up shifts during the week

• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience, ideally in a club, bar, or other high-volume environment

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and critical thinking skills

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs overhead

  • Must be able to work outdoors in heat and other weather conditions for 8+ hours

  • Must be able to stand and move continuously for 8 hours without a formal break

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Must be fluent in English (read, write, and speak)

• Smartphone required with talk, text, and a data plan to operate our scheduling app

• Must work at least 2 shifts per month (6 shifts per quarter minimum)

• Reliable transportation to and from events is required
