• Collaborate closely with financial advisors and team associates to support day-to-day operations • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person • Assist with client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups • Support marketing efforts including event coordination, client outreach, and basic marketing materials • Maintain organized records and assist with general administrative tasks • Help ensure a positive, professional client experience at all touchpoints

This role is ideal for a highly organized, personable professional who enjoys supporting clients, collaborating with a team, and assisting with marketing and administrative initiatives. No financial licensing is required.

• Prior experience in customer service, marketing, administrative support, or team-based environments • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced team setting • Proficiency with basic office technology (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or similar tools) • Professional demeanor and client-first mindset
