Client Care Assistant: Kidzoola Therapy Center

Kidzoola is seeking a Client Care Assistant to join our team!

We are a small, family-owned practice in Missoula, Montana, offering a fun and flexible work environment in a beautiful clinic space flooded with natural light and positive vibes. We are seeking a Client Care Assistant for part-time work (possibly full-time in the future). This position reports to the Client Care Manager and supports all Front Desk operations, including scheduling, intakes, daily flow, and other administrative duties.

Job Description:

• Daily Client Flow: Client check-ins and scheduling shifts, collecting payments and helping with account inquiries, answering phone calls and providing assistance to clients and staff, new client intakes.

• Administrative Duties: Scanning, printing, phone calls, data entry, office maintenance tasks, billing office collaboration, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proactive attitude with a strong ability to take initiative.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.

• Experience with scheduling software and EMR systems preferred.

• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Willingness to learn, problem-solve, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

• Previous experience in a client care or administrative role is preferred.
