Ethos Urgent Care Center in Rancho Penasquitos, is looking for aClient Care Representative to join our Urgent Care Center team!

Clinic hours of operation: Monday to Friday 1pm to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 7pm. Hours are subject to change in the future.
About the Job: As a Client Care Representative your duties will include:
Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner.
Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely.
Educate and advise clients regarding hospital services and practices.
Process check-ins promptly and efficiently, schedule and check-in regular appointments , and tend to all client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times.
Process admissions and discharges accurately; schedule follow-up appointments as necessary.
Process invoices and payments accurately.
Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, submitting pet insurance for example.
Answer multiple phone lines promptly and professionally, direct calls, fax and scan.
Take on Social Media duties of creating content/ taking photos to upload to social media
This role will be 8 hour weekend shifts. Saturday and Sunday availability required.
About You:
One year of customer service experience. Veterinary practice, specialty/emergency preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required.
Detail-oriented with good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Benefits:
Highly competitive and comparable wages based on experience and skill set. The compensation range is between $17 - $21 / hr.
