Pay Rate: $15/hour

About Us

We are a trusted home care agency dedicated to delivering compassionate and reliable care to our clients. We’re looking for a Client Coordinator with previous experience in the home care field to join our team on a part-time basis.

Position Overview

The Client Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, including client service coordination, caregiver scheduling, and compliance support. This position requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the home care industry.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day office and client service operations.

Schedule caregivers and match them with appropriate clients.

Maintain accurate client and caregiver records and documentation.

Assist with onboarding new caregivers and monitoring compliance requirements.

Respond promptly and professionally to client and caregiver inquiries.

Ensure all procedures and records comply with company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

Must have prior experience working with a home care company.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented approach to client care.

Schedule

Part-time position.

Compensation

$15/hour
