Client Relationship & Marketing Assistant (Part-Time, In-Office Only)

At Four-Legged Fun Zone, Everett’s premier dog daycare and grooming facility, we reward hustle. Unlike flat hourly jobs, your performance directly determines how much you take home. With base pay + daily bonuses, high performers regularly earn the equivalent of $28–$30/hr in a short afternoon shift.

Schedule

• 1:00–5:00 PM shift
• 2–3 days per week to start (with potential to expand).
• Must be on-site at our Everett facility. No remote work.

What You’ll Do (in order of priority)

Calls (Top Priority)

• Work from approved call lists — these are Four-Legged Fun Zone clients, never cold calls.
• Minimum of 20 calls per shift.
• Log all outcomes in our Google Doc.

Video Content

• Film/edit one video per shift (daycare, grooming, or enrichment).
• Post to YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook with captions/hashtags.

Daycare Stories

• Write 3 engaging stories per shift based on wrangler notes.
• Stories are used for report cards, Google My Business posts, and social media.

Lead Tracking

• Every client/prospect interaction has a clear next step scheduled in the Google Doc.
• No leads fall through the cracks.

Pay Structure

• Base Pay: $16.66/hr (WA minimum wage for 2025)
• Performance Bonuses: $50–$100 extra per shift for hitting sales & marketing goals

Bonus Breakdown

(1) Calls: $2 per completed call from the approved list

• +$3 for each grooming rebooking secured in the scheduling system
• +$3 for each daycare evaluation booked and confirmed in the scheduling system

(2) Video Package: $15 per shift when one video is edited and posted on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook

(3) Daycare Stories: $5 per story Inside Sales & Marketing Assistant (Part-Time, In-Office Only)
