Job Description - Client Services Manager- Weekends



COMPENSATION: $325 per day shift


SCHEDULE: Every Other Saturday and Sunday 8a-5p ($325 per day shift x 2 days = $650 per weekend)


We are a constantly growing home care company seeking a Client Services Manager for Weekends to work every other Saturday and Sunday 8a-5p to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, and professionals. This can be a remote position. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle after hours call volume responsively providing a high level of customer service to clients/families/professionals. The Client Services Manager for Weekends is responsible for building and strengthening client/family/professional relationships and ensuring delivery of services that exceed expectations and facilitate increased client retention. Timely communication, ability to work in a team setting as well as with autonomy, managing client needs and educating them about our services and community resources are important responsibilities of this position. 


Qualifications include:



  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, client retention or customer service management

  • Social Worker, Case Manager or comparable education and experience in geriatrics desired

  • Excellent communication skills – articulate, good listener, professional, empathetic, persuasive

  • Skilled at developing relationships and loyalty quickly through utilizing a modest and client-service oriented approach

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills and well-organized

  • Knowledge of private duty home care industry, home health care, senior housing and resources for seniors is a plus
